Here are a list of some of our most frequently asked questions...

What does "waitlist" mean?

When an item is added to your waitlist, it means that item is currently unavailable for you to purchase. This happens when items are out of stock or temporarily sold out (meaning they are in someone else's cart but they have not checked out yet). We recommend leaving items you really want on your waitlist, because many times these items are reordered or expire out of someone else's cart and will roll into yours. It also helps us get an idea of the popularity of a particular item and so we can know how many to reorder. There is an option to preauthorize your payment for that item so that when it comes in stock again, you will be one of the first to get it and you will be charged immediately once it is available. Just click the waitlist tab to expand it, then click the button that says "Be First on Waitlist" and you're practically guaranteed to get that item if we are able to restock it!


I had an item in my cart and it disappeared. Where did it go?

All of our items have a time limit while they are in your cart. While viewing your cart, you will see the countdown on how much time you have left to pay before the item expires and rolls out of your cart. Many times these items roll into the cart of the next person that wanted the item and they can sell out quickly this way. However, sometimes we have a large stock of these items and you have the opportunity to add it back to your cart and pay for it.


How long does it take for shipping?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, it could take our fulfillment team up to a week to pull, pack, and ship your orders. Please refer to our Shipping & Pickup page for more info.


Can I come pick up my order?

If you chose In-Store Pickup at checkout, you will receive an email and/or Facebook message letting you know your order is ready. It could take our fulfillment team up to 3 business days to pull your orders at the warehouse and get them down to the store for you. Please refer to our Shipping & Pickup page for more info.


Do you take payments?

We are now accepting Sezzle! With Sezzle, any purchase over $25 online can be split into four equal payments. At checkout you'll pay 25% of your total, then every two weeks you'll be automatically charged the remaining installments. We will ship your order within the same time frame as any other shipped order!
