1.) All returns and order cancellations are eligible for store credit only. No refunds will be issued directly back to your card.
2.) Returns can be made in-store, even if the item was purchased online.
3.) Merchandise must be returned in-store or postmarked within 7 days of the day you receive your order.
4.) You are responsible for the return postage costs.
5.) All items must be in new, unused condition with tags still attached. We have the right to refuse any return that does not meet our guidelines.
6.) All sales are final on discounted items, mystery boxes, and purchases where a coupon was used.
7.) By shipping your item back to us, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to our policies prior to your return.
8.) If your items arrive damaged, we will need you to keep items in the original packaging (including all packing materials) and send us photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, you will need to file a claim with USPS and send us your claim number in the email.
